The Data Controller only keeps your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or further processing. In the case of processing for the purpose of pursuing or defending against claims - the data will be processed until the claims expire in accordance with the generally applicable provisions of Turkish law. If the basis for processing is a legitimate interest - the data will be processed until an objection is submitted. Where the basis for processing is consent, it will be processed until it is withdrawn. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Exception: The tournament winners and participants of the European Go Championships will sign dedicated consent for usage of Photos and Video materials.
