Hacettepe University Beytepe Campus
Beytepe Campus is renowned for its blend of modern facilities and natural beauty:

Founded in 1967, Hacettepe University is one of Turkiye's top institutions. During the congress, the campus will offer a peaceful setting, modern amenities, and convenient accommodation – all within walking distance. A go village in a way.
🏛️ Tunçalp Özgen Congress Centre
This modern venue includes:
- Congress Hall (1,552 seats): Opening and closing ceremonies
- Ballroom (1,000 seats): Main tournament games
- 8 Multi-Purpose Halls (50–100 capacity): Side events and workshops
- Large foyers and gardens: Social gatherings and exhibitions
All spaces are equipped for a comfortable, professional experience.
Dining Options
Beytepe Campus offers a wide variety of food:
- Yeşil Vadi (green valley) Restaurant and Beyaz Ev (white house) Restaurant serve Turkish meals and snacks.
- Private cafes, fast-food outlets, and tea gardens provide international and affordable options in the campus.
Meals are available all day, ensuring everyone finds something to enjoy.
⚽ Sports Facilities
Go is not the only game on campus. Beytepe offers a wide range of sports facilities, and we will provide the equipment – balls for basketball and volleyball are ready and waiting.
- Outdoor tennis courts: Open 24 hours a day.
- Indoor sports hall: Available for basketball between 9:30 and 18:30.
- Beach volleyball court and outdoor volleyball and basketball courts.
- Two artificial turf football pitches: Available by reservation for a small, budget-friendly fee.
- Grass football pitch.
- Swimming pool: A sport-oriented (not recreational) pool, available in sessions for a daily fee of ₺950. More details and photos on the Hacettepe Athletics page (Turkish only).
- Climbing wall: For safety reasons, open for bouldering only, with crash mats placed below.
- Fitness centre: Located in Block A of the Faculty of Sport Sciences.
- Main stadium: Ideal for walking, running, and other exercise. Please note that the grass is not suited for sitting or lounging.

- A 24/7 Health Center is available on campus.
- Dormitories and the Congress Centre have modern security systems and staff.
- Emergency assistance will be provided if needed.
- Please arrange health insurance if required and check visa requirements in advance.
